What are the Face Exercises?
Face Exercises are toning activities that are meant to help improve the appearance of the face by working on the muscles through isometric type exercises. As a person ages, there occurs a loss of muscle tone not just on the face but all over the body. Exercising the body helps keep it toned and looking good. Looking good and youthful is the major benefit of exercise for the body but the facial muscles cannot be made to lift weights or work on a machine like the muscles in the arms or legs do.
